Starting with a redfish on the first cast and ending with another on the last cast, David from Virginia City was on fire and bending rods from the opening bell this morning!
He had an inshore slam before we left the first spot, and caught snook, reds, snapper and jacks at each stop, and we even saw a 25 pound tarpon roll in the live chummies that would have made the grand slam happen. But as it was, the glassy waters, hungry fish, and some good clean casting, kept us so busy, David was ready for a cold beer and a cool pool down at the Marco Marriot before noon!
